Turkey is Done

The few of us who have been following the backwards movement of Turkey since the election of Prime Minister Erdogan long ago forecast the re-islamization of that once-moderate Islamic country, and its accompanying rise in vicious Jew-hatred.  Once again, I was right.

Part of Erdogan’s strategy is stoking Islamic antisemitism. Erdogan has characterized Zionism as a crime against humanity. Bear in the mind that President Obama described Erdogan as one of his most “trusted friends” among world leaders.

Erdogan is a top provider of material support to Hamas, a serious felony in the United States (here).

Obama said of Erdogan: “The bottom line is that we find ourselves in frequent agreement upon a wide range of issues.”
