An Israeli policeman was stabbed in the back and moderately wounded by an Arab terrorist this evening (Dec. 23) at the Adam Junction, in Benyamin.
The policeman, still fully in conscious, was evacuated to a hospital in Jerusalem, with the 6 inch long knife still lodged in his back.
Other security forces on the scene fired at the assailant, but he managed to escape. Large scale searches are currently being conducted to capture the attacker.
