(I’m not sure how accurate this is…the article was published 3 days ago, and I haven’t seen anything else saying that the deal is agreed, elsewhere. There was one sticking point remaining…the easing of the “blockade” of Gaza, which isn’t mentioned in this article… The rest, I understand, is agreed…Ed.)
