Campaigns of BDS (boycott, divestment & sanctions) on U.S. college campuses aim to delegitimize Israel and are seen by many as “a contemporary manifestation of antisemitism” (Brandies University Report, 2015). Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) is the organization most directly responsible for creating a hostile campus environment saturated with anti-Israel events, BDS initiatives, and speakers.
NGO Monitor’s groundbreaking report shows how student BDS groups, portraying themselves as “grassroots activists,” are in fact backed by a broad coalition of NGOs.  The report highlights the many ways in which these NGOs support BDS on campus including through funding, legal aid, training and other forms of assistance.
