KARACHI, Pakistan—The Pakistani opposition party led by former cricket star Imran Khan released the name of a man it claims is the Central Intelligence Agency’s Islamabad station chief, taking its campaign against the CIA-led drone program to new heights.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party demanded Wednesday that the alleged station chief be prevented from leaving Pakistan and put on trial, developments likely to further complicate relations between the two countries and polarize domestic politics……
