Sept. 20, 2017 As the Hirsi Ali case demonstrated, many serious-minded people simply could not distinguish between genuine, often racist, hatred for Muslims and informed criticism of Islam as an ideology. “[I]n relation to Ms Allman, I am confident [law student Robbie Travers’s] actions were in response to her comments and her position, and unrelated […]

Sept. 18, 2017 A memorial to those Canadians who have been murdered in the name of Islam. I will always try to keep this video as current as possible but sadly, very sadly, I know this list will grow. Everytime I add another name, my heart literally breaks and though I am not one to […]

Does Condemning Islamic State Jihadis Constitute “Hate Speech”? by Denis MacEoin (Gatestone Inst.)

By   /  September 17, 2017  /  academia, dhimmitude, Islamic fundamentalism, Terrorism  /  No Comments

Sept. 8, 2017 Being a student used to be an uncomfortable experience, during which the fantasies of adolescence were exposed to rational, well-informed, and evidence-based argument. But the cults of political correctness, unbounded gender definitions, Islamophobia-obsession, and anti-Semitism, among other afflictions, have undermined the educational process in the USA and Europe. If Travers has identified […]

Sept. 16, 2017 Canada is a “filthy place” – this, according to a handwritten letter sent by a Canadian al-Qaeda agent to his family back in Canada. Islamists are losing the battle but winning the war, by Giullio Meotti (INN via Israpundit)

By   /  September 15, 2017  /  International, Islamic fundamentalism, Terrorism  /  No Comments

Sept. 15, 2017 There is still much fighting in Afghanistan, but jihad no longer has the bases of Mullah Omar to launch attacks on Western skyscrapers. Osama bin Laden has been killed. The Western coalition is closing the circle around Raqqa, the de facto Syrian capital of the Islamic state, and will soon (hopefully) strike […]

Counter-Terrorism: India, Israel and Border Security India has long been using Israeli security technology and border security advice along its more dangerous borders, like those in Kashmir. The Israeli equipment and experience helped stop illegal border crossings of armed Islamic terrorists from Pakistan through the use of ground radar, thermal imaging and other electronic gear. The key to these systems was new video and sensor analysis software, which the Israelis have pioneered. For a long time, it was conventional wisdom that you could not prevent irregulars (terrorists, guerillas, bandits, smugglers) from getting across a long frontier. But both Israel and India have been able to build security fences that have succeeded in keeping terrorists out. India has borders more than ten times longer than Israel and cannot afford to intensively use troop patrols to cover it all. The Israelis have proposed a security fence that comes in many different levels of complexity (and cost) and advised India to buy as much as they need for every part of the border. Sept. 15, 2017 Fixing the United Nations – Clifford D. May It’s high time to end the obsessive campaign to de-legitimize Israel, the only nation in the Middle East that guarantees basic rights to all its citizens including its substantial Arab and Muslim minorities. In the 20th century, genocidal anti-Semites wiped Jewish communities off the map […]
