Have you heard of ECOEXISTENCE?
It’s a lovely little store at 766 St. Clair Avenue W., West of Bathurst Street and is the latest target of the BDSers. WHY? Because the store owner, Kim Klops, refuses to stop selling SodaStream products made in Israel and refuses to give in to the demands of the BDS supporters.
WE CAN ALL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
! It has been proven that the best way to fight the BDS movement is to SHOP where they tell us not to shop and to buy the targeted products. Last Sunday a lot of people went to Ecoexistence to show their support and buy SodaStream! But one day is not enough! We need a stream of people to continuously visit this shop…
AND FATHERS’ DAY IS COMING! What a great gift to buy fathers, grandfathers, uncles and friends…I hope you will make an effort to go! The store is open on Sundays…
Call Kim Klops first (416) 652-0808 – I spoke with her today; a lovely lady who is very appreciative of your call…she said to come anytime.
It’s up to us to make sure that we outnumber BDSers who show up from time to time to convince her NOT to sell this product. Also, it’s so much healthier than the carbonated drinks that our kids want – just add some fruit juice and you have a nutritious winner!
Please let me know if you do go! Write to: [email protected]
History of SodaStream in the West Bank – article below!
BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON LITTLE STORE ‘ECOEXISTENCE’ – LETTER FROM LAURA ORZY:
Dear Friends and Family,
I’d like to bring to your attention a local store in our neighbourhood; Ecoexistence, at 766 St Clair West. It’s just West of Rushton Road. It is being targeted and boycotted by BDS supporters because amongst the environmentally friendly and useful items, the store also carries the SodaStream drinking water systems and the recycled replacement gas cylinders. It’s a lovely local store where I go to buy my SodaStream products.
While in the store today, I was chatting with the owner, Kym Klopp and thanked her for carrying this product. She was grateful for the support but said that it didn’t come without problems. She explained that she has been visited by many BDS supporters insisting that she no longer carry this product as it is made in Israel. Kym has refused to drop the product and the BDS supporters now have called for a boycott of her store.
She’s aware of the history of the SodaStream company and that it recently moved from the West Bank. She has stood up against these angry BDS idiots but is tired of their relentless attacks and now the boycott.
I’m asking all of our friends and family, who live in our area at Bathurst and St. Clair (or close to it) and who use (or are thinking of using) the SodaStream drinking water system to show support with your feet and your wallets. If you’re in the market for this product (which I highly recommend) and/or need to buy the recycled gas cylinders, please go to;
